The home is beautiful and clutter free. it is very clean and was very easy for myself, my husband and my toddler to relax hassle free. The back yard was very private and fenced in. It was a very cozy stay! Would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I as well as our 2 grandsons were very pleased with Tony’s place. The location was easy to find and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Inside we were immediately comfortable and truly appreciated the layout, both efficient and attractive. It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind with comfortable furnishings and decor. Beds were super comfortable. The grandsons really enjoyed the game room and the hot tub was appreciated after a lot of daily activity. Tony checked on us and was very welcoming. The checkout instructions were simple and easy to follow. When returning to Springfield, we will certainly be checking to see if this gem is available. We highly recommend it.

This house was immaculately clean! The hot tub worked great and was clear! Grill was full of propane, neighbors were quiet. House was absolutely beautiful. Game room was so fun! Tony was super responsive and helpful, offered early check in as long as night before wasn’t booked. Was caring and personable. If we go back we will likely stay here again!

Tony's place is very nicely remodeled, flooring and carpets are pristine. The kitchen has very new appliances and cookware that made cooking very easy. The bonus gameroom in the garage is a plus. I will be booking again in the future.

We went to town for my dads graveside service and Tony’s place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean and set up for everyone even the kids. Was responsive to any questions we had. Would stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at Tony’s place! It was a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Tony was great to work with and we had no issues at all. We will keep this place in mind for our next travels to Springfield.

This place was great. We had three kids with us and the kids room was perfect with blocks, some larger Legos, and other games to keep them occupied. The hot tub was great after a long day of exploring and checking out the local attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tony’s place! The house was spotless and had a great layout, the kitchen and living room are separated just enough to feel cozy while still open and connected. TVs in every room were a nice touch, and the beds were comfy with soft linens. The towels were incredibly soft too! The game room was a great bonus space to hang out, and the hot tub was fantastic, especially with the privacy fence behind it. The master suite is very spacious, and the other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house were also a great size. Tony was a fantastic host—he allowed us to check in a little early, approved our small pet ahead of time, and had a maintenance person on-site within 15 minutes when we had a minor issue. It’s about a 20–25 minute drive to Missouri State, but totally worth it for such a comfortable place.
